MISSION

Meat Reality is an educational and advocacy campaign whose mission is to raise public awareness of the destructive reality of the animal agriculture industry on individuals and society, and promote the embracement of an ethical vegan life.

Our aim is to accomplish this mission by pursuing the following objectives:

 

• Educate consumers of the harmful effects of animal-based food consumption on people, the environment, and nonhuman animals.

• Promote ethical and/or environmental veganism as a moral obligation in effecting a more sustainable ecosystem and peaceful world.

• Support ‘replacement’ food industries, such as ‘plant-based’ and ‘cultured’ meat products, in eliminating animal consumption from the standard diet.

• Support campaigns and legislative initiatives that end all taxpayer subsidies to the animal agriculture industry.
